On Tuesday, 25 November 2025, during the General Assembly, elections were held for the appointment of the new Vice Presidents of HEMEXPO.

The four Vice President positions were filled by:
• Athanasios Athanasopoulos, CEO – UTECO
• Andreas Zontanos, Partner – VELA ELECTRIC
• Ilias Mallios, Export Director – SEABRIGHT
• Stefanos Chartomatzidis, CCO – PRISMA ELECTRONICS

Niki Giannoutsou, CEO of EUROCHEM, was elected to the position of Deputy Vice President.

On the occasion of the elections, the Chair of the Board of Directors, Eleni Polychronopoulou, President of the ERMA TECH GROUP, Vice President of SEA Europe and Member of the BoD of HELMEPA, stated: “I am very optimistic about the new composition of HEMEXPO’s Board of Directors, which brings with it strong experience and deep commitment to the Association’s mission. With our shared vision, we can confidently move forward with our initiatives and continue supporting Greek marine equipment manufacturers as they enhance their innovation and grow steadily in international markets.”
